Info:
Obi-Wan is one of my all-time favorite characters, so it was really nice to have the time to make this 3D portrait.
Sculpted in ZBrush, textured in Mari using maps from texturingxyz, lookdev and lighting in Maya/Arnold within an ACES color pipeline, and hair generation using XGen.
For anyone interested in my workflow; I’m currently creating a Likeness tutorial series covering sculpting, texturing, lookdev, lighting, and xgen, that I’ll be releasing over the coming weeks.
